Management and HR are bullies and a disgrace, the staff are treated badly (unless you are management). Constantly asked for cost savings and making staff redundant but senior managers can have new expensive cars?? Overload of work that needs to be manufactured but not allowed any new machines to do the work. Old time consuming processes. Impossible tasks set for pay reviews, or excuses made so you don't qualify for a pay rise. To much pressure put onto some people and not enough on others. Some senior management just taking the mick and getting away with it. Threats from HR and no support given, unless you are senior management, they don't care about you.

The most gauling thing is the pretence of being ethical. Staff are numbers spat out with ruthless hypocrisy. No investment in machines or training or headcount. Propped up by buying ever more companies - unless the manufacturing is properly invested in, it will fall like a house of cards. Bullying at the most senior levels of the division I worked in.
