Pros

- good work/life balance & hybrid working - local management really care about employees - opportunities are there for people who seek them out - lots of positive change in the last year, and increased feedback & transparency to/from management - the people really make TOPdesk what it is

Cons

- a lot is changing at the moment, requiring adaptability - the team is small and while we're looking to grow, sometimes the office is pretty quiet
