After applying with the CV and cover letter on their website, 1 phone call and 2 interviews followed. The first interview is 1h30 and its main purpose is to see if you fit into their culture. The second interview is position specific with questions like “why Agile?”, “why Scrum?”. When I asked about the team, the project, the answers weren’t very clear because they didn’t know in which team I would go.

the company culture is preconceived-friendly I would say. In the end, I was told I am not a good culture fit for their company because I am too results-oriented, and they suggested I practice STAR interview techniques. As said before, quite old-school like last century. One interlude is, during the interview, they gave you a small task to finish, the task was easy and had many different solutions to finish. But still, their culture is quite preconceived, they know the answer and once you try to use another solution, they will interrupt you and tell you to reconsider again until you use their answer. not a place for creative thinkers. It makes sense why this company focuses on on-campus recruitment so much simply because the new graduates are easy to manipulate and cheap and do not have their own way of working yet. if you want to work at a company that pays less attention to the results and pays less because apparently, you work less, and stop creative thinking because they have a set of ways of working, then, it's your place.

3 gesprekken gehad, waarvan 2 van de 3 zeer onprofessioneel. 1 zeer goed gesprek gehad met een HR medewerker en een team lead. Goede vragen en goede feedback op ontvangen. Gesprekken erna waren kinderachtig en niet serieus te nemen. Bij het derde gesprek moest ik nota bene een half uur wachten omdat de medewerker niet de locatie kon vinden binnen het pand.

Quite a long-winded interview, Spend 1.5 hours talking to manager and doing the online test. Didn't understand what they're looking for. They seemed to like me but I didn't get the job.

I had 3 interviews, screening, skills and exploratory. All the interviewers were nice and very respectful. It was easy to book and rebook the interviews in case I needed that.

Three 1-hour long interviews, all with different teams. The interviewers were open and friendly and made me feel at ease. They emphasized getting to know who you are as a person, as their company culture is very important to them.

after my application, they emailed me and invited me for an interview. 2 engineers interviewed me, they were friendly and easy-going. we reviewed my CV and cover letter, and after that, they gave me 2 simple Python questions.

After submitting my application a recruiter called me for a phone call screening to get to know me and my motivation to work there. It helps if you read up a bit on the company before-hand to show you're familiar with the company and what they do and for asking questions. It might also be useful on the interview with the software engineers later. If you give a good impression then they will email you with a follow-up where they invite you to the technical interview and a video call with the recruiter and your potential team of interns during which the recruiter goes over the contract and in the end you may ask questions about it. There is only one round of technical interviews and if things went well (i.e. you completed even at a slower pace the coding tasks but were able to explain your reasoning; explained your experience well and gave examples) you will get a call after a couple of weeks with an offer. In my case, the interviewer called ,which I think made it a more authentic experience.

The interview consisted of 2 parts. First, they asked me questions about my professional background and personality. Second, they asked me to do test. The total duration of the interview was 1,5h.
