      Pros

      Had a fairly straightforward interview, and was asked general questions as you would expect. Got the role and since then, it has been amazing. Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. The team guides you at the beginning to make sure you feel comfortable with the role.

      No cons so far. Looks like there isn't going to be any :)

      Pros

      The culture at TOPdesk really helps it stand out, every colleague is willing to help and looking to give feedback or new ideas to a project. Working as a business development executive (BDE) at TOPdesk exposes you to just more than the sales arm of the business. The endless opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects (or start your own project) is great. It keeps your day as a BDE varied, with the chance to make your role your own, be that in wellbeing or marketing. What is so different about TOPdesk is the culture towards its employees, you are proactively encouraged to be curious and experiment, even within your day to day role in sales. Every opinion feels like it matters and that it is actively taken on as feedback. The training is comprehensive in the first six months to make sure that every colleague feels confident in their role. Truly a great place to work!
