    Pros

    Lots of company bonuses, very friendly team and ethos behind the company. Plenty of opportunity for progression.

    Cons

    No cons really whatsoever. Very happy. A really great student job

    Pros

    The culture at TOPdesk really helps it stand out, every colleague is willing to help and looking to give feedback or new ideas to a project. Working as a business development executive (BDE) at TOPdesk exposes you to just more than the sales arm of the business. The endless opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects (or start your own project) is great. It keeps your day as a BDE varied, with the chance to make your role your own, be that in wellbeing or marketing. What is so different about TOPdesk is the culture towards its employees, you are proactively encouraged to be curious and experiment, even within your day to day role in sales. Every opinion feels like it matters and that it is actively taken on as feedback. The training is comprehensive in the first six months to make sure that every colleague feels confident in their role. Truly a great place to work!

    I have been working at TOPdesk part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Had a fairly straightforward interview, and was asked general questions as you would expect. Got the role and since then, it has been amazing. Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. The team guides you at the beginning to make sure you feel comfortable with the role.

    Cons

    No cons so far. Looks like there isn't going to be any :)

    Pros

    Nice atmosphere with friendly colleagues. A good insight into the workplace for a student. Plenty to learn from others

    Cons

    The work can be repetitive. On the bright side, there is opportunity to help the company with exhibition events which sound fun. However, due to the timing in which I joined I didn't get this chance.

    Pros

    - Great place to work as you can schedule your working days around your classes. - If you need extended time off due to deadlines or other important commitments, they are always accommodating. - TOPdesk also gives us the opportunity to grow professionally while still at university, and to seek out and start new projects in areas that interests us. - Great colleagues and fantastic company culture

    Cons

    - Not possible to work weekends (although that is understandable) - Not Living Wage employer

    Pros

    Since beginning my role in the middle of a pandemic, I’ve been integrated into the company seamlessly! Everyone’s super friendly and theres a real ‘bring your true self to work’ attitude!

    Cons

    Only con is that we can’t go out and attend socials together, but that’s more covid’s fault
