Pros

Great co-workers, gonna miss you all!

Cons

It was very well understood for years that the product is outdated, gaining less and less attractie and is beyond salvageable. But the changes in the culture is what's truly frightening - laying off people left and right, closing complete sites, cutting back benefits wherever possible to save a dime. Promises made by the CEO personally mean nothing anymore, the upper management became just executers of whatever the next cursed idea is.
