Pros
TOPdesk really cares about the people working here -- since I've joined I've felt very supported both professionally and personally. I also really value the emphasis on career development, availability of training budgets, and being listened to.
Cons
Hybrid working has meant that sometimes the office can be a bit quiet

Pros
Suited for someone early in their career or straight out of university to find their feet and get a feel for industry
Cons
Compensation is below average, salary is not competitive at all and no transparency on what salary progress might be Team culture and motivation has disappeared since pandemic and turned into gossip culture Any attempts to return to the office have been presented like something you will be monitored on No leadership or direction, which for some means they just coast Feels like a lot of the branches just do their own thing Plenty of senior talented people leaving but no one addressing it as an issue

Many thanks for taking the time to review your experience. You highlight the challenge of maintaining a culture, (which is normally cited as our core strength) when remote working has been so disruptive due to the pandemic. We aim to find the balance between hybrid working and maintaining our culture and this is something, it is fair to say, a lot of companies will take time to reconcile in the short term. Rest assured that there is a dedicated team focused on ensuring that we return to the culture, many have enjoyed, in line with pre-pandemic levels through numerous initiatives. Compensation is another area where there is external bench marking carried out each year to ensure our total reward package is comfortably in the top half of like-for-like, comparative roles. We supplement this reward scheme with the ability for colleagues to maintain a positive work-life balance, freedom to make mistakes and the time to learn at their own pace. The 10% of base salary education budget, top tier pension plan and private healthcare for all, are some of the additional features that make our remuneration offering truly competitive. We will continue to offer good salaries and commission schemes that are sustainable and safeguard the future of TOPdesk for all our team members. The recent uplift in all base salaries, to compensate for the increasing cost of living, is typical of our intentions in this regard. There is no denying that the last year has seen great changes in the job market and we are grateful to those many loyal colleagues that contribute to our continued success. We wish you the best of luck in your new challenge.

Pros
Very inclusive work environment, working at TOPdesk feels that you are working alongside peers that are also committed to the same goals due to being a flat structured company. You are in charge of your own development and are encouraged to throw yourself into a career path that suits you rather than a dead set path. Hybrid working policy but also good amenities in the office on the days you are in. Huge amount of sales training, as well as training given by external providers to help you excel in your role.
Cons
None that I can think of

Pros
- Great work life balance - Hybrid working opportunities - The people are what make TOPdesk great - it can be a very fun place to work - New addition of an annual training budget for all employees is great. - Good pension and benefits like private healthcare - 26 days of Annual Leave (+ a day off for your bday) is a nice amount of leave per year.
Cons
- There have been some challenges adapting the very social and dynamic TOPdesk culture for the new hybrid way of working, but the company seems focused on tackling this challenge head on.
