Pros

- flexible working hours - good annual leave entitlement - lots of team socials - Private healthcare and pension matching is decent - company culture is not toxic - customer base is very nice (largely non-profit, blue collar, education, govt, local govt, NHS and so forth) - i like being part of a larger company but a smaller branch in the UK, everyone knows each other super well, but we all have plenty of international colleagues too

Cons

- workload can be large, but you are rarely expected to work outside of hours
