Bureaucracy taken to it's limit - Anonymous employee TUI Group Employee Review

Everything is a huge effort, impossible to get anything done without approval for 15 people, architectural review board is a joke and is stuck in the 90's, lost two very high skilled employees because there was no room for career growth or additional compensation, management is very poor and disoriented, unable to drive change from the top.
