I have been working at TUI Group part-time for more than a year

    Pros

interesting work, flexible working - NewWork@Tui is only going to continue to make this better, able to participate in varied work, global company with the opportunity to work abroad and be part of large virtual teams, pay is market level and fair for the work that is done

    Cons

The culture can be overly consensual so take a while to get to a decision, but upside once the decision has been made you've got the support of everyone to get behind it.

I have been working at TUI Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

TUI has teams and departments that seem good to work with. TUI also pays relatively well for its employees. They act like they care.

    Cons

The senior leadership has a lack of empathy towards staff and treat them expendable. It is understandable that the company has to make difficult decisions in times like this, but how those are communicated and how the situations are handled has shown that the senior leadership does not genuinely care for their people, whether it is staff or contractors or suppliers.
