I have been working at TUI Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are some really unique elements to working at TUI. The business is really complex which means there are lots of challenge and opportunity for career development. The business are really committed to employee engagement and put lots of effort into making this a fun place to work!

    Cons

The culture here is incredibly 'nice' meaning it is a great place to work. Occasionally this can slow things down.

    Advice to Management

Continue as you are - this is a brilliant place to work (reflected by the fact lots of people have incredibly long service).
