      Aucun avantage à travailler dans la peur du licenciement

      Aucune culture d’entreprise, aucun management, aucun partage de connaissance car il y a toujours la peur du licenciement récurent dans cette entreprise donc chacun garde ses connaissances pour se rendre « indispensable »
