      - Stimulating environment. - In my team we had the culture of getting things done without too much bureaucracy, and this fortunately lasted while I worked there. - Friendly people. - Career path for developers.

      Cons

      - After TUI acquisition, things got a lot slower and clumsier. Many people left because of that. - In my specific case, work was repetitive and enterprisey, unnecessary complexity to the point of alienation.
