1. On Time Salary 2. Best organisation to work if you’re from non-sales background 3. Sufficient manpower to get the tasks done (If willing to get it done) 4. Network solutions selling becomes easier due to TATA brand 5. Wider portfolio to pitch & sell in market
Cons
1. Favortism (Old employees are much safer & kind of government job for them) 2. Too much internal dependencies 3. Higher management is adamant to achieve unrealistic targets & pushes teams to achieve or loose out on job 4. Most of DGM’s & above don’t have any clue on company’s capabilities & lacks technical skills 5. These days majority of higher management comes from non ISP background & unable to manage team & targets
