Pros
Eveyone I work with is smart, open and collaborative. There's always an openness to new ideas and a willingness to try new things. Very refreshing in comparison with the defensiveness and political agendas found in so many other companies.
Cons
Seriously behind the times in the Human Capital management arena. Not proactive in employment branding, talent engagement or workforce planning. Seriously understaffed in HR support functions to the detriment of the organization.
