Pros
Great tech and people, good employer at most levels of the company. Management is trying to be transparent and move to new ways of selling to drive business. Independent analyst ratings are always very good.
Cons
History of old boys club mentality, although there has been an influx of new leaders, the old management remains largely, and these leaders slept through the change occurring in the industry and the current generation are paying a hefty price. Great tech, people and independent analysts reviews, but the revenue continues to decline.
