Zero or negligible politics, everyone likes to share knowledge and work as a team. If you are good, Teradata will give you lots of opportunities to excel.
Cons
I am a happy employee since day i started with Teradata (7 years ago) so none that I know of. May be there should be a bit more link between offshore centers and EMEA / US countries for employee movements
