Pros
1. Good people to work with, you will get lot of help from your peers. 2. Depending on the practise that you are joining, the projects differ. They have good number of support projects and some are huge 3. Less internal politics 4. Good for ETL and Support Related Job
Cons
1. Lot of management changes, 2. You might have tough time with the HRs here. 3. Few development projects. 4 It is very or nearly impossible to change and get into new technology. 5. Not a good place for developers, especially for java, python, ML ,Hadoop.
