      1.Good products like cldm,fsldm.Only lucky ppl will get to know it. 2.Free td certification. 3.Salary on time. 4.location is good

      1.Lack of project.Most of projects are support only. 2.ppl stay bench for more than year. 3.management are like dictators. 4.low hikes with lack of job security.
