Pros
Very good work culture. Numerous challenging projects. Good managers and knowledgeable seniors. You can get good onsite opportunities. Appraisals are good.
Cons
I don't have many cons to mention. But HR department is very slow and has laid back attitude. Company doesn't have much employee retention policy and also doesn't have extended leave policy whic at times becomes very necessary for females.
