- Strict policy with respect to sickness, low illness threshold for disciplinary/investigatory meeting - Poor communication from senior management - letter requesting a disciplinary meeting was given a day and a half prior to meeting (supposed to be multiple days prior according to the manager) - Refusal of day change for above meeting due to the delay in receiving the letter - resulting in no union representative being able to represent me - Apparent disregard for a pre-existing condition for which I had a doctors confirmation in writing
