Pros
Training is amazing - and continuous. My skillset and capabilities have shot through the roof since coming to TQL. We focus on constant improvement. Advancement - work hard and earn it based on your performance. Collaboration - TQL teams work so hard together toward goals. Technology - I've never had the opportunity to work with the BEST of everything. And it's a constant process to keep improving - making our jobs easier. Amazing. Helpdesk / Tech Support is best service I've ever had. The people - lead by example from the front lines. Coaching. My TQL work friends are my closest.
Cons
I don't know that I'd call it a Con whatsoever, but it's very much a company where you will work harder than you ever have before. I've never worked so hard - however I've also never been this happy. It's a tradeoff. Your effort will lead to results. Put in the time. Dedicate yourself 100% and it will come back to you.
