Pros

Good people Interesting opportunities Events to have fun and meet different types of people Being able to learn and grow

Cons

Some employees come under Manpower, so they have to follow their rules and Unilever's rules at the same time. This makes it really complicated and at times inconvenient. The salaries aren't great either. They don't offer promotions. Employees in the warehouse, and panellists earn more than the people working office jobs.

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
