Pros
The offer flexibilty to work from home, the offices are beautiful and subsidised lunch and shop is great.
Cons
Onboarding was awful with no training or support given, after a month of being their I was told in an open meeting that my role was being made redundant (despite only having spoken to my manager once in that time as they were based in SA). I then applied for another position internally, which I got, only to find that the line manager was unwell due to stress so again I had no onboarding or handover of any kind. Eventually I got a line manager but she was completely lost as to what she was doing also. Basically they buy up companies with the patchwork of employees its impossible to tell who does what or what the structure is. I would avoid like the plague.
