Pros

The physical location is very nice. Decent cafe & staff, nice gym. The CEO is very approachable when you see him around campus.

Cons

The pay is absolutely just horrible and mgmt tries to make you believe that its the best in the business! Promotions/raises/merit bonuses are based on how well you play in the sand box not your skills. Its all about going out to lunch with "the team" and whether or not you participate in somebody's baby shower/going away/etc. party. No matter how hard you work, unless you go over the top to chirp and chatter with "the team", then you are seen as an outcast or "mean" as I was once called and not rated fairly. Lots of youngsters that have not yet developed a real sense of work ethic work on campus. Some of them are very unprofessional, dress like tramps and beach bums. There is also a sense of entitlement among those that are above a "F" level. Every message has to be delivered in a specific way or your tone could be "misunderstood." Diversity is weak. All the right words are said but the actions are contrary.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
