Pros

Once you leave for the day you dont take work home with you which was nice.

Cons

Very metric driven, so if you don't meet certain metrics you could be put on a personal improvement plan in which you cant apply for promotion.

Pros

They have decent 401k benefits.

Cons

Little upward mobility, micro-management, lower pay compared to competition, abusive clients and robotic/power-heavy middle-management. Big Brother is always watching you and employees fear of being suddenly written up and fired for any reason, no matter your tenure.
