Pros
A big shiny employer brand to add to your CV.
Cons
Pretty much everything else. The usual bad corporate leadership, in spades, often profoundly dysfunctional in its approach and its internal relationships (eg. working with the local markets who actually, you know, do stuff). A genuinely weird 'business manager' and 'chief of staff' directors' offices org structure means each director has a 'business manager' to hide behind while the CEO has the same in the form of a rabid and heavily armed pitbull; it was the most comically awful thing I've seen in 1.5 decades of UK corporate life, but it does allow a bunch of very well paid white men to avoid dealing with actual human beings on a daily basis while they come up with new ways to avoid paying tax.
