Pros
Overall Vodafone is a pretty good company to work for (when compared to others in the market, I previously worked for Orange). Pays higher and the benefits are way better.
Cons
Some of the training given to staff was a total waste of time (and this was a general perspective, even my manager admitted it) nothing learnt just a real jolly day off. There exist a huge layer and lack of communication and interaction between junior staff and management, its one company , it should be one family.
