Pros
The Newbury campus is a really friendly place to be, as opposed to Paddington which has a much more corporate, forward looking vibe. Vittorio Colao is an inspirational CEO and his regular company-wide updates are always fascinating.
Cons
As with any large corporate, the speed of changes means that the people culture is not always the primary focus. Some departments are not as team focused as othes, though group finance tends to stick together.
