- Quality HQ - Building Access - Vanguard technology regarding RAN supervision
Cons
- Paycheck not adequate to individual skillsets and rotative working hours - Almost all of the working force in RAN is outsourced, taking a big chunck of the paycheck that should go to the worker - 3 rotative shifts, with 30mn for dinner/lunch. - Although you work side by side with great people, skillset and social wise, there's no team spirit whatsoever
