Pros
You can say you’re employed
Cons
This company is pure garbage. They don’t care about employees at all. The continually lie about changes within the company. They’re so bad at being transparent they had to remove transparency as a core value. They don’t care about the mental health of their employees one bit as much as they like to pretend they do. You can’t get a promotion unless you sleep around with upper management. You can be over 100% to goal on your metrics and still be marked as unsatisfactory metrics, disqualifying you from a raise or to move positions in the company. If you’re part of a pilot program they tell you it won’t impact your metrics even though it will destroy your metrics. Management will then say they’re sure the company will do the right thing while still screwing you for doing your job. They tell you average handle time will never be a metric before implementing average handle time. They tell you to take care of the customer first and worry about metrics later while removing all of your tools to help the customer and giving people write ups and firing them for not meeting customer satisfaction metrics. They tell you they take your feedback seriously while ignoring all feedback. They have the audacity to give corporate employees “refresh” days to take extra time off during this trying time while removing approved holidays off for 90% of the department. And that is not an exaggeration. A maximum of 10% of employees can now get the holiday approved off instead of the 100% it used to be. This is also based on your metrics which people are blatantly manipulating at the direction of their direct supervisor. This is also what raises are based on. My department is also now overflow for every department below us and the department above us with no extra compensation. If you value you life, if you value your sanity, if you value common decency, apply elsewhere.
