The CEO is irresponsible with his taxes, management is more and more micromanaging, and compensation is neither fair nor aligned with industry. As the company grows, the number of people within the company who are willing to pull your rug from under you and/or punish you for personal grievances by stopping your career advancement is unbelievable.
The company culture is extremely childish. Slack is used as a place to air grievances and complain about the freebies in the office, and while leads ask for one to keep track of their achievements, because they as leads can't do it, the recognition given is arbitrary at best and often based on favouritism rather than actual contribution.
All in all, a good place to build your CV, but not a place to learn corporate behaviour.
