Free coffee - Sort of Friendly colleagues

Cons

Very lax about security, been let in without a pass many times. Office doesn't get cooled enough as management are used to hot countries so everyone works in 35°C heat. The company cares more about trust pilot reviews from agents than actually fixing customer's issues. Management encourages lying to customers to get five star reviews out of them, promising them stuff that will never happen or promising to leave reviews in return. Agents are threatened with their job or withholding of commission money if they don't get a minimum of ten five star reviews per month. The goal of the job is supposed to be too help people but this place disincentives this.

Pros

Definitely a work hard, play hard sort of environment

Cons

Lots of politics unfortunately, and high staff turnover at the time, which made it hard to build proper workplace connections and relationships
