      - Healthy work-life balance that is genuinely respected - Strong engineering culture with talented, driven colleagues - Reasonable autonomy over what you work on - Growth opportunities exist for those who seek them out

      - Excessive bureaucracy and internal politics slow things down significantly - Compensation is below market and has been trending downward. Benefits and vacation are also underwhelming compared to competitors - Management quality is highly inconsistent; some managers are genuinely excellent, but others are actively harmful to their teams and retention

      Management has zero backbone or leadership skills. The politics at this company are absolutely insane. They are the most cruel people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I just hit my two year termaversary and I still very much so talk about how much I hate Yelp.
