You shared a lot of feedback, and we hear your frustration. You mentioned deceiving practices and unrealistic expectations. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior, and our teams are instructed to communicate our products clearly and accurately.
Our managers are hands-on by design to provide coaching, which can sometimes include joining calls to assist, but the goal is to help, not to hover. In addition, while our team needs to be available during standard business hours, folks are welcome to take breaks, have lunch, and go to the restroom.
