      Zuora is very hip to the new technologies of today. They always want to advance to the latest and greatest tools and apply it to the employees internally or externally (client facing).

      Cons

      There needs to be more clarity in promotion cycles and salary discussions.

      Good culture, openness is encouraged.

      Cons

      Uncertain roadmap and smaller engineering teams hard to communicate within. Pressing too hard for metrics and quantity, but not rewarding quality of contributions.
