      Pros

      Great Vision and inspiring CEO. Also the product is very good. Great atmosphere in the teams. Winning mentality.

      Cons

      No respect for track record or experience when you just joined from another company and the Sales Management has never heard of Ethics. After singing up, you're just a number. In EMEA the people come and go all the time because of this. A nightmare for new employees (if you don't have friends in the management), partners and customers.

      No work/life/balance and 24 hour expectation without being paid overtime/weekends/bank holidays Too much micro managed No trust in the employees Random promotions Forcing you to post/vote in the forum/community

      Met some nice people but that’s all, really.

      Where do I even begin? My only advice is stay well clear if you are thinking of joining Zuora as BDR, because you’ll be blamed for EVERYTHING. Treated as a second class citizen and you will walk into a toxic environment, which is created and encouraged by upper management. If you enjoy being micromanaged, yelled at, constantly put under pressure and not progress internally then by all means join Zuora. BTW this is s reflection for EMEA
