Used to love working at easyJet, it really did have that orange spirit that they talk about, but in recent years it's really gone downhill. They commonly hire senior leadership who most of the time are useless and feather their nests (+ secure their position) by bringing in their most compliant previous reports and colleagues. I left before it got really bad, but I have friends there still, many who are unhappy with the enforced 3 days a week on-site coming up. This is seemingly without exception and it's a policy that has seen good people leave already. EasyJet seem to forget that they aren't who they used to be, and being located in Luton also, they'll regret their decision on this when good people leave in the new year. But, perhaps that's their plan, to naturally reduce headcount.
