      Bullying and abusive management, total chaos

      Nice office, and spacious desks

      Cons

      Management is shockingly abusive and will shout and call people names. Everything changes all the time and there's massife turnover (people quitting or getting fired randomly one day) Sudden layoffs every few months or so Very low pay and benefits, completely outside of the current market

      my way or the high way management level people sending messages across time zones after business hours.

      Amazing people - high phase scaleup where every person can make a huge impact

      Pros

      Career progression, responsibility, people. Never a boring day, fast phased but incredibly rewarding for anyone regardless of stage of career. Few companies have as driven employees and leadership team as keen on constantly improving. Finnish company with a good benefits system and flexible working hours, remote friendly.

      Cons

      Helps if you've experienced similar fast phased scale-up environments before and are ready to roll-up your sleeves and go the extra mile for the company but mainly for your own career progression and hunger to learn. If not, can be a stressful environment before getting used to it.
