      Decent company, but now a walking red flag (private equity acquisition)

      Pros

      - People in the office are generally kind and nice to be around. - Central location, Canary wharf. - Had a decent WFH arrangement for tech when I was working there.

      Cons

      - Weak pay rise, of 1.75%, which is even less than inflation. - Several members of the team in London left, and were never back fills. All new hires were done in India, who were not nearly of the same calibre. - With the new private equity ownership, clear cut-throat stress environment has arrived, as people need to justify their value. - Very low office amenities, not even a decent coffee machine.

      Pros

      The recruitment process was seamless, lots a interaction with actual people, from various levels of seniority, which was nice. Clear expectations of what was expected, with clear communication and a emphasis on being yourself. The transition into the role has great, with lots of support from everyone and especially previous graduates. Thoroughly enjoyed my time so far, looking forward to what is ahead. Lots of exposure available if you are willing work hard. The culture of the firm was clear to see from day 1, everyone has been very supportive. Great place to work.

      I have not had a negative experience to date. Has been great!
