Pros

Company is doing great fanatically (unless you are asking for better benefits). The people are great to work with. Work from home (although some managers are trying to claw this back)

Cons

Management and culture is mostly toxic, no communication between departments and almost no opportunity for advancement. Company is a permeant slave to investment the more investment it gets the worse management and culture gets.

Pros

Your colleagues. Great hard working people.

Cons

Exclaimer is a company that thrives on uncertainty. Leadership is toxic, and despite repeated assurances from the CEO that each round of redundancies will be the last, the cycle continues. The atmosphere is one of fear rather than innovation, with employees left wondering when the next wave will come. Hard work and talent don’t get you far unless you’re part of the inner circle. Promotions and recognition are based more on favoritism than merit, making it frustrating for those who genuinely want to contribute and grow. The benefits package is underwhelming, with pension contributions are poor and little else to make employees feel valued. Despite all the talk about growth and opportunity, it’s clear that Exclaimer prioritizes cost-cutting over its people. If you’re looking for a company that values transparency, stability, and employee well-being, this isn’t it.

Thank you for your feedback. While we’re sorry to hear about your experience, we value honest input as it helps us improve. As Exclaimer’s relatively new CEO, my priority has been addressing challenges to set the business up for long-term success. This has required tough but necessary decisions, which we don’t take lightly. We understand change can bring uncertainty, but transparency and communication remain top priorities, and we continually assess how we can improve. We are committed to recognizing hard work and talent, and we’re investing in a new learning and development program to support career growth. If you have concerns about fairness in promotions, we encourage open dialogue—you can always reach out to me or your People Business Partner. We’re also reviewing our benefits to ensure they remain competitive. Since this post, we’ve improved the UK pension scheme, with more enhancements to come. Your feedback matters, and I’d welcome a conversation to better understand your concerns. We’re committed to making Exclaimer a great place to work and are listening to our people. -Rob (CEO)

Pros

- The people are great, really friendly and always available to help. - Sales enablement put on great training. - Hybrid model.

Cons

- The company is, without doubt, heading in the wrong direction, senior leadership & managers have 0 accountability with it all falling on the AE's. They have no idea what direction the employees think the companies going in. - Huge performance plan culture, if you don't hit 80% of your target you get put on a PIP. - UK market has completely dried up, big focus is on the US, leaving everyone in the UK waiting for the day they get served a PIP. - Set up for failure with unachievable 'allbound' targets. - The senior leadership team do not listen or ask their employee's what the issues are. - Toxic culture of constant moaning and a general unhappy place to be while the entire company is underperforming. - Targets are unachievable, even reps who have been here for long periods are no longer hitting targets now inbounds have dried up. Absolutely 0 chance of anyone hitting target while doing 'allbound'. Yet Senior leadership will not revise targets. - Clear favouritism amongst managers, giving leads to their favoured reps. - Inbound leads have dried up which has forced the company to make all reps do outbound. They hired an outbound team who are consistently underperforming with all of them having their probations extended. - Managers have their own little cliques and often sit together chatting rather than helping their teams. - There is more care for KPI's then there is actual revenue, constant need to hit call numbers regardless how busy you are with demo's and deal progression.

We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously. At Exclaimer, we aim to foster a positive, equitable, and high-performing work environment, and your concerns highlight areas where we can improve. While we may not align with every point raised, we value constructive criticism and are committed to listening and learning. Leadership accountability and employee support remain top priorities as part of our People First initiative, and we continuously evaluate our processes to ensure that goals and expectations are both fair and achievable. Performance plans are designed to aid professional growth, and we are working to enhance how they are developed, communicated, and implemented. Also, to allay one of your concerns: we are a global company, and while we do have a focus on growing our US sales, we are still equally committed to all our markets, including the UK where were are headquartered and have the vast majority of our employees - we see tremendous opportunity here and in our other markets outside of the US. For any employee who feels unheard or unsupported, we encourage open communication, so we can collaboratively address concerns and create effective solutions; I would welcome a 1:1 discussion to discuss your concerns in more depth – if you are open to doing so, please reach out so we can schedule it. -Rob (CEO)
