      Contant change and never able to sustain, power struggle between cross functional teams at higher level, lack of teamwork, forced calibration of employees, compensation, high turnover, unrealistic expectations.

      George is gone. The culture has already improved. Cheap, feeble minded strategies should now retire with King George the Terrible.

      Time to start unraveling his mess. Lots of changes to make. Years of bad managing will take time to fix.
