Cons
Inflexible working from home policies, clear hierarchy of rules were you are afforded flexibility based on your ranking. Awkward culture due to it not being an open plan office. Toxic middle/senior management. It not being an open plan is also a breeding ground for toxicity to spread in smaller rooms. Poor progression for most teams.
Toxic culture, overworked, hazing from senior team members, no structure, blacks treated very poorly, HR sweeps complaints of harassment and discrimination under the rug to protect leadership.
