      - There can be opportunities and exciting challenges. - Some great and knowledgeable colleagues.

      Cons

      - Unrealistic view of the market and therefore unrealistic targets. - No willingness to listen to staff - Salaries not representative of skills, knowledge, commitment etc. of staff - Very demanding on limited resources with no support or remuneration

      Place is run by children who improv as you go.

      .25 c vending machine. You could get away with doing nothing if your that kind the place is hemorrhaging money.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, management or people put in place because of who they know and not industry knowledge. No one wants to help each other they claim to be a family but no one will go out of there way to help other departments and if you do you are chastised. Fickle attitude of HR. Outdated and archaic processes, if your current or knowledgeable of cfr 210/211 its painful how out of compliance they are, and won’t consider corrections unless it’s to late or suggested by one of the live children. Management has been cleaned out three or so times in the past 4 years and the company consistently over promised and under delivered.
