Very dynamic business and workplace; very inclusive; High demand and pace keep you on your toes; Plenty of stretch assignment that will be catalyst of growth; There was never a boring year in my almost a decade or so joining

Cons

You are expected to learn and know by yourself, minimal guidance; Burnout is a daily affair; Lack vertical progression for my job function; Lack of training for my job function; Uncompetitive salary in my function for married person with kid.

Pros

The hybrid working system is the only thing that can be considered as their benefit as your transportation costs will be significantly lower. The flexibility working time is somehow manageable

Cons

The higher ups are mostly not coming from marketing/agency background but they will act like they know it better than everyone. If you are applying for managerial position, that's the end game already here nothing to be climbed in career ladder.
