      The environment was very workholic and no breaks or activities were held.

      I would say my colleagues were only the positivness at workplace except the office environment was heavy.

      Cons

      It was more than 8 hrs we have been spending everyday for the company. Frequent lay offs were making panicking and scary environment in the office as the skilled and well deserved employees were also dismissed during lay offs
