      Worst work life balance you have to work more than 12 hours a day

      Pros

      Moderate salary with incentive schemes but biased at times.

      Cons

      Pathetic work schedule. Some people are forced to work more than 12 hours in India location. The leadership is minting money by making people work like donkeys. The team leaders will call you in middle of the night to make sure you don't get ANY time for yourself. People started facing health issues after working for this company some even got very serious. The CEO must be a blind and helpless person who cannot see this.

      1. Always get to work on new things 2. There is a lot to learn here 3. Nice work culture 4. Flexibility 5. On time salaries 6. Nice work environment 7. Very good manager, always there to assist
