      Currently the environment is not good. They have not hire the replacement for anyone since last 1 year

      They have good leaves policy and also not doing layoff as other fintech

      Cons

      They have made 5 days a week compulsary and make such environment that you yourself will leave the company and that is the strategy as mentioned by VP. They are not planning to layoff but instead want people to leave. They have not hire the replacement for anyone since last 1 year
