The coworkers are nice, however no real innovation because of the company rigid system.

Cons

HR department is chaotic . The main reason to slow this company No coordination among the departments. Very random.

Pros

Freedom in working hours and place, freedom and variety in topics, smart people, bleeding edge tech.

Cons

No mentorship or guidance (not good for starters!), slow feedback loops, not a lot of career progress, dubious whether the company adds value to society at all. Sometimes you have to write proposals or are involved in boring non-technical work. Salary low-ish for the talent they hire.
