      Pros

      Flexible hours. Very understanding for taking leave. If you need to learn great design in architecture, there is no equal. It’s a great way to jump start you early and mid career.

      Cons

      Pay does not match inflation. Lots of politics. Heavy bureaucracy….like can’t do anything without London approval.
