Pros

Everyone really friendly, including the executive team. Great understanding of work life balance and willing to be flexible for the benefit of the employee. Just a fun place to work.

Cons

The next place I worked was rubbish in comparison.

- Strong career progression options - Product engineering teams given a good deal of flexibility and autonomy - Friendly and engaged staff across all departments - Making actual differences to real people

Cons

- The real strength of the company comes from the team leads and not the execs - Underperformance in leadership positions, especially in engineering.

Cons

Wrong people in the wrong director positions. Once the founders left, it went down the toilet.
