      Pros

      Paid travel opportunities, but dont expect to get paid by the hours you work.

      Cons

      They lied about how much money you make. They say its marketing but it's 100% commission sales that you share commission. They don't give everyone equal opportunity either, if you have a medical condition prevent you from doing one thing they'll fire you. Worst place ever.

      Pros

      They want you to have an entrepreneur mindset. You are a sales person at Sams,Costco or Kroger basically ever day for maybe 9 months? And then you are to be your own boss. You work REALLY hard at the beginning selling whatever product they have "ex.if you are selling a hair product, you stop people in the middle of the store and say "hey check it out" you have them the product and throw your pitch" some people buy. Be ready to be organized and have late night meetings. If you work hard for almost a year, I believe you would be rewarded by becoming basically your own boss.

      They don't give you a weekly schedule, so even if they hire you "Full Time" at the time you interview you, they may not have you actually sell the products and work full time. You are the person at the booths in Sams selling products. You get paid minimum wage most of the time. They say it's a Management Training Program, but it is so you can open another office for them because each person who trained someone and opened an office makes profit off of that person's office too. It is a chain. The interview speech they give is something you have to memorize and recite back verbatim in order to interview someone.
