      Pros

      Great office location Continuous media training Enjoyable supplier events and nights out

      Cons

      Colleagues are underpaid and recognition is always down played. You work over-time constantly, with no reward or benefit, and when you have a health appointment you're expected to take a half days holiday. The wellbeing team....well you wouldn't need one of those if you actually looked after your staff in the first place. The company is very much stuck in their ways and any advice or ideas for change tend to be swept under the carpet or completely ignored. Leadership are far from supportive

      Senior Leadership need realise they’re on the brink of losing a good team

      The people are nice, particularly those at senior management and below Nice social events Bonus scheme at the end of the year (although, this brings your pay just below average of what you should be paid) Good opportunities for training and development

      Cons

      You are underpaid. Hardly any recognition for the hours people put into work. Working late constantly is almost an expectation Gaslighting is common among senior leadership team, they let you believe you won’t find a good job anywhere else Want to give advice about how things should change? Too bad, they don’t want to hear it. They’re stuck in their ways. Some of the leadership team and the CEO are some of the most mean humans I’ve ever met. Totally out of touch and inconsiderate. Senior leadership love to pat themselves on the back for the smallest things but won’t praise junior members of the team.

      Location, central, young pleasant employees in their first job.

      Cons

      Awful people, power driven, rude, low pay over worked, worst company I've ever encountered, narcissistic managers.
