      Couldn't ask for more. Fantastic team, mission, success and culture

      Pros

      - killer team, with diverse backgrounds in healthcare, tech etc - great comraderie in working on a problem that gets us out of bed each morning - accountability, not face time - challenging and confrontational, yet respectful

      Cons

      - very hard to think of any as this is by far the best job I've ever had (and I've had a few) - just the normal in being in a small startup: high risk, some first-time entrepreneurs (for better or for worse) - no free food (actually I like to think of that as a "pro" given it shows we don't have to find external ways to motivate people - the company and vision are the motivation)

      We're so glad you are enjoying your experience here at Ginger.io! And since you wrote this review, we have instituted weekly lunch, Friday beer o'clocks, and many other eating opportunities. We still feel that the company and our vision are the most motivational things we have to offer, but we do like eating too :)
